Yesterday and today we started making stories on Storybird with our buddies in Canada. They are also our Quadblogging buddies. We each got partnered up and started a story. My partners name is Frankie. I think she seems really nice! We have started a good story and know that this is going to be a really fun project! More people are going to do what some other girls and I are doing. I thing it will be exciting and fun for them too! Are you excited to be doing this?

With the Olympics in full swing we are now knowing to root for our friends in Canada because we care about them too! Mrs. Harris’s Class and Mrs. Amri have been setting up Skype that we can Skype and get to see each other again. We are still commenting on there blog and know that we are friends! Long live friendship!

What most do you like about skyping with them?

Everyone knows that the Olympics have started and that you are probably cheering on your favorite athletes and teams. But just how exactly did they get there? Well, now that we think about it there coach didn’t just say “Great job! Your going to the Olympics!” did he? No, athletes have to practice and practice and last but not least practice! They also need to have teamwork, patience, hope Gracie Gold or Shawn White remember that they were once just like you and that you can make it that far like them! Well, I guess there’s just one more thing to say:  Go Team USA!

I think that the message of pictures are important. They help you understand a  book better  or  make a person laugh or smile. Pictures don’t always appear in books or jokes, but sometimes when your feeling sad you just have to look at a funny picture and BOOM! just like that your happy! Everyone knows that the Superbowl is coming up and that the teams are the Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos. Personally I don’t really care about the game, but if I had to choose a team I would pick the Seattle Seahawks. I have heard that some family’s have parties but my family doesn’t. Instead Rhea and I are going to this trampoline jumpy place with friends. Some people watch the Superbowl and some don’t but I know some people are crazy about it and love a certain team. Well, If you do watch it then let me know, and if you don’t then I hope you decide to do something fun! Either way make sure to enjoy the weekend!
